Terms of sale/ conditions

1. General

Products : The DTN online catalog is descriptive and not exhaustive.

The items offered as well as the prices can be modified without notice.

Acceptance of the conditions : The customer must read the general conditions of sale on the back of the invoices.

2. Prices

VAT : All our prices are VAT included and non-refundable

Modifications : DTN reserves the right to modify the prices without notice.

3. Order

Order confirmation : An order confirmation will be sent to the customer by email, containing a summary of the order as well as these general conditions.

4. Delivery

Deadlines : Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on product availability and transport times.

Shipping conditions :

Free : Shipping costs are included

non-free shipping : Delivery with transport costs stipulated on the invoice.

Transfer of risks : The goods travel at the customer's risk from the moment they are taken over by the carrier.

5. Returns and refunds

Non-return policy : The equipment sold will not be taken back or exchanged.

Warranty : Limited 30-day warranty against material or construction defects, applicable only to unassembled parts. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts.

6. Approval

Specific use : Our parts are intended for competition vehicles and are not approved for use on roads open to the public, unless TUV or GOCA approval is explicitly indicated.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Jurisdiction : Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general terms and conditions of sale is subject to Belgian law and will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place of DTN's registered office.
